Music Lessons Price

Music lesson prices vary by lesson type. We offer individual private lessons or group lessons. Please fill out the form on the enroll tab and we can give you a quote. Lesson fees for each month will be due by the first of the month and will need to be paid in order to receive lessons that month.

Language, art, and other classes vary in price, check each class page to find the specific price for that class.

One-Time Registration Fee-Music Lessons Only

A one-time registration fee of $40 will be applied at the time of registration. This registration fee will cover your initial lesson books and lock in your lesson time. 

 

Holidays

There will be no lessons on national holidays and students will not be required to pay for any lessons that fall on a holiday.

Location

All classes are held at 101 N 9th St. Adel, IA. It is on the second floor of the building. The best entrance to use is the one on Main Street. It is the door to the right of Matta Dental. 

 

Material Fees

Material fees will be charged as needed. 

 

Instruments

Students are expected to have their own instrument at home to practice. 

 

Cancellations/Make-Up Lessons 

Lessons can not be outright canceled. If a student cannot attend a lesson, they will be issued a makeup lesson credit. This credit can be used at a later time to make up the lesson with their instructor or a substitute instructor. The reason for this is twofold. One, canceling lessons does not help the students at Noted progress as musicians which is one of our main objectives. Two, canceling lessons does not help us as a business or our instructors. Our instructors rely on teaching lessons as a source of income for themselves and their families.

Once students are issued makeup lesson credits, it will appear on their My Music Staff family account. Makeup lessons can be scheduled directly with instructors or with Kyle Pape. Makeup lesson credits do not expire.

Inclement Weather Policy

If the weather does not allow us to have lessons on a day, we will not issue makeup credits for those lessons.

Lesson Terminations

If a student wishes to terminate their lessons, they will be required to give a month's notice and pay for those four lessons to allow time to find a new student to take that time slot. 

 

Attendance/Tardiness

Regular attendance is necessary for the growth of all students. Students are expected to attend each scheduled lesson. Likewise, arriving on time and prepared for each lesson is expected. 

 

Practice

Students are expected to practice the necessary amount to master their weekly assignments. Practice time will vary for each student depending on age and skill, but each student is expected to practice regularly. 

 

Communication

Active communication between all parties is expected to maintain clear communication. Email will be the preferred method of communication between all parties. Teachers may decide to give out their phone numbers if they want to.
